The journalist turned director Sadashiva Shenoy Kannada film ‘Prarthane’ will be giving a treat for audience as the most versatile actor Ananthnag and top ranking four times national award winner Prakash Raj come face to face and offer significant performances. The two top actors play ‘Guru and Shishya’. Prakash Raj is a student of acting with Ananthnag and raises to the top level in a very short time. That is a part of the film ‘Prarthane’ says director Sadashiv Shenoy.

It is just two and half days call sheet Prakash Raj had given to his long time journalist friend Sadashiva Shenoy (of Lankesh Patrike tabloid). Prakash Raj will be seen with some historical dialogues from freedom fighter Sangolli Rayanna.

Prakash Raj and Ananthnag acted together a few years ago in ‘Preethi Prema Prayana’. Prakash Raj played son to Ananthnag in that film.

As of now Prakash Raj debut direction ‘Naanu Nanna Kanasu’ is half way of shooting. It is in this film he repeats his performance what he did in Tamil and Telugu films (Abiyum Naanum and Akashamantha) besides jointly producing the film with B Suresh.
